Initial chiropractor evaluation and education at 15-20 weeks
Anatomy ultrasound at 20-24 weeks

Access to all of our resort classes
Direct access to Heather from day 1 of care throughout the entire pregnancy

Labor and birth is at the hospital of your choice and care will be provided by the on-call hospital doctor or midwife.

Postpartum & newborn visits at 1 week, 2 weeks, and 6 weeks
Breastfeeding support
6 week Pelvic Floor PT evaluation included
Direct access to Heather throughout the 6 week duration of care for questions or concerns

Attend a Meet the Midwife for Planned Hospital Birth
Meet with Heather Soper, CNM to get a tour of the birth resort and receive answers to any questions you have about this model of care.

Sign the Contract
Once you decide that this is the model of care you want, sign the contract and email it to: office@genesismidwives.com
Schedule a First Trimester Ultrasound
This is optional, however, highly recommended if you are unsure of your last menstrual period. This ultrasound will help accurately date your pregnancy.

Schedule your First Prenatal Visit with Heather at 12 weeks
