Welcome

Food at the Birth Center
During labor we have a variety of high-protein snacks, water, ice, coconut water, honey sticks, electrolyte packets, and popsicles to eat. We definitely encourage eating in labor. If there is a special snack you want to eat, please bring it with you. We also have plenty of coffee and tea for husbands/partners to stay caffeinated and energized.
After giving birth, we want to offer you and your spouse/partner a delicious, nutrient dense meal that starts with a bowl of bone broth soup with vegetables and chicken. All of our food is made by our postpartum nourishment team. Full meal menu coming soon.
